LOW-CARBON STEEL WIRE, THERMALLY UNTREATED
Low-carbon wire of general purpose thermally untreated without coating (light, hard, ok) GOST 3282-74
Wire of ordinary quality is made of low-carbon steel by drawing from steel grades: 1KP, 3PS, 3SP all degrees of deoxidation according to DSTU 2770-94 diameter from 0,8 to 8,0 mm in coils from 50 to 120 kg. It is also possible to produce wire of any fractional diameter with minus and plus tolerance, for example, 2.35 mm.

Low-carbon steel wire heat-treated untreated according to GOST 3282-74 is the most requested product in the hardware subdivision, as it is the raw material for the manufacture of galvanized wire (hard and soft), as well as heat-treated wire of ordinary quality.
Exclusively this wire is a semi-finished product for the following types of products, such as: construction nails, screw nails, ring nails, rabica mesh, plaster mesh, canylated mesh, welded mesh, cotter pins, steel fiber, barbed wire, rivets, metal chains, welding electrodes, handles for buckets, hooks, grids, carts, shelves for commercial equipment and many other products.
Ordinary quality wire is coiled depending on the customer’s preference. Generally, the wire is coiled from 50 to 120 kg. As well as in small coils of 50-65 kg weight, tied with a metal band. At the customer’s request the wire is also packed in film, polypropylene, sacking. These types of packaging allow to preserve the properties of wire in wet or chemical environment. These individual types of wire packaging are produced subject to additional payment.
HEAT-TREATED LOW-CARBON STEEL WIRE
Wire of ordinary quality heat-treated (annealed, knitting, soft) GOST 3282-74.
At the moment, no modern construction does not do without the use of hardware products, namely, what is used to bind rebar. Popularly, this product is called wire binding (annealed, heat-treated) GOST 3282-74. Due to the low strength limit depending on the diameter, this product is widely used at enterprises, in agriculture, in the manufacture of products for national use and so on.
It is this product you can buy from our company of proper quality, with a minimum amount of scale, because the wire is annealed in cap furnaces, technological capabilities which allow you to produce products with the most accurate strength limit.
Steel grade: 1KP, 3PS, 3SP of all degrees of deoxidation according to DSTU 2770-94.
At the customer’s request it is possible to produce wires with more stringent requirements for geometry and tensile strength.
The heat-treated wire has various types of coiling:
- annealed wire of small diameters (0.5-2mm) is coiled into 55 to 65 kg coils tied with a metal band;
- annealed wire of medium and large diameters from (2-6mm) is coiled into coils of 80 to 120 kg.
Also you have the opportunity to buy knitting wire of medium and large diameters from (2-6mm) coiled in coils from 80 to 120 kg, tied with a metal band, having made an order in advance from the employees of our company.
Knitting wire sold by the company can be packed in polypropylene sleeves, in film, as well as in sacks. In order that the wire is not subjected to corrosion in the winter-spring period, the surface of the wire is oiled. Thanks to the lubricant coating of the heat-treated wire, the product is always in marketable condition.
